This small boutique hotel located in the centre of Bath, just around the corner from the iconic Pulteney Bridge, The Roseate Villa Bath is set within its own gardens and has a private car parking.

Deluxe King Double Room with Park View (Sleeps 2, 1 Bedroom)
The largest rooms with super king-size or twin beds. Some rooms overlook the park and some have both a bath and shower or a generous shower in the en suite bathroom. Some rooms can accommodate extra beds, please request these at the time of reservation as only some rooms can accommodate them. Twin beds are available upon request and are subject to availability.
Luxury King Double Room with Park View (Suite, Sleeps 2, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)
The largest most luxurious feature rooms. Room 24 and 17 have large bay windows overlooking Henrietta Park; these rooms have baths with showers over in the en-suite. Room 23 is at the back overlooking the garden and has a feature bathroom with separate bath and shower. These rooms can be set up as twin rooms, if you prefer. Please note children cannot be accommodated in this room.
Family Suite (Sleeps 2, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)
Located on the lower ground floor, these super spacious suite come complete with an opulent master bedroom, dressing room, spacious comfortable sitting room and newly fitted luxury bathroom. The living room can accommodate two sofa beds for children. Overlooking the gardens to the front of the house this is a lovely light filled space.
