A damage deposit of CAD 500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by PayPal. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via PayPal, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that upon booking the property will send the guest a contract agreement that must be signed and sent back to the property via email within 3 days. Please note that from November 1 until May 31, electricity is not included in the room rate and will be charged depending on usage. The electricity charge will be deducted from the security deposit.

This spacious and bright house is fitted with wood beamed ceilings and a patio overlooking the ocean. It consists of an open-plan seating, dining and kitchen area. A TV, washing machine, tumble dryer and free Wi-Fi are also included. Please note that guests must climb down approximately 20 steps to access the beach.
