A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that from 1 May to 1 October the sauna and heating system in the apartments are not available. Outside this period, sauna can be used from 18:00 to 21:00. Please note that in summer no hand and shower towels will be available but in winter from 01.10.21 in winter until 31.04.2022 always hand and shower towels included in the price.
