So, yesterday I got my bike out (how longs that taken me?), spent half an hour looking for a pump to blow my tyres up, got cross and hoovered the lounge instead.

Hubby eventually found a pump and blew up said tyres, and off I went. Did just 45 minutes, but it's a start. Am going to do it every other day, preferably without the Sunday roast and bottle of red afterwards.

I've just spent an hour or so training hard for the next ski holiday, at The Norwich Beer Festival. :D
