Hello everyone, we are planning to go to Val D' Isere over New Year 2009. We will be a group of between 10-12 friends, no kids. Does anyone have any suggestions for good catered chalets that would'nt completely break the bank?
I have looked at Club Med, as well as some of the chalets in Val d Isere, but would like some advice from people who has actually been there?

Hi, I was in Val D'Isere last winter, we went by snow train, if you can it's worth it for the extra 2 days of skiing. We arrived at the unearthly hour of 6.30am and were in resort by 7.30 at the latest and on the slopes by the time the lifts opened on the Saturday.
