Some time ago I plumped for 8/9 Dec as the first big dump!
What will happen is that there will be so much that the road up to Val will be virtually impassable leading to a 9 hour transfer and only the nursery slopes will be open for your week !

Just watched the local news. It says that yorkshire is going to have a cold snap, "even with some snow"....but it wont last for long

Could have been me - Yorkshire is south of Newcastle after all.....
