Stop eating ...... well not quite, low fat diet combined with exercise, but losing a stone in two weeks is not advisable

If you want to keep it simple, I would alternate a short strength workout, with a little aerobic exercise every other day. Squats (with a little weight added), push ups, and sit ups one day, and a jog, or bike ride the next day. Shouldn't take more than 15 minutes a day, but would make a difference in two weeks. Eat a little protein after each exercise, to help put on some muscle.

Carefully go through a stretching regime after exercise as well.

A reminder on safe stretching

Feel for the stretch, NEVER feel for any pain
Never bounce the stretch
Breath, don't hold your breath
Hold the stretch for 10 to 20 seconds
Again, if it hurts, or you start to feel a muscle spasm, stop

Now I have take some of my own medicine

Trencher, thats a top class synopsis. I do feel that one can be a bit harder on oneself with regard to exercise. Bike rides, building to 3 hours a day over 2 weeks should be OK.

well im unemployed, so i can spend the entire day doing a work out. So i can dedicate more time to the exercise

I find setting easy goals, that there is no excuse not to accomplish, works best. Add on by all means, but set the minimum as a fall back, what ever happens that day. Also keeping strength, and aerobic days separated, is thought to stop the aerobic exercise undoing some of the benefit of the strength workout.
