I have long really skinny feet with no instep whatsoever! Bit freaky! Does anybody think I will get ski boots which I find comfortable? I have been referred to an orthotist who took moulds of my feet and said I was an interesting case! Great! I am getting some sort of custom made insoles, apparently as I have now hit 40 I will get knee pain, hip pain and back pain if my feet aren't corrected now! But I really want my own ski boots!

I really was the mad woman at the front of the bus! I was having a girly hissy fit at the Austrian bus driver who was not understanding my language at all! Had had a really tough skiing day and I could not move I was so tired! If I had not got on the bus I think I would have lain down in front of it. Mature or what! I am normally quite reserved and quiet! Honestly! :-D

Thanks Ally! Even three years on the kids still talk about it! You know how you lose it with someone because you will never see them again! It was when my son said where is your other ski mum and my heart just sank! Humiliation or what! I honestly would have punched someone if I hadn't got on the bus after waiting for 2 hours. It was my only chance to get back to the resort. Message to self- ALWAYS take mobile phone!
