I take pre-made Ham/cheese sarnies with a protein bar eveyday, washed down with plenty of water. Makes me feel better about drinking LOTS of beer later on :)

Andy I'm no expert on weather conditions but surely the melting (Middle of this week) then refreezing next weekend is not good?
