I have another one to add - I love it when its snowing really hard and you go into a cozy restaurant and you can warm your cockles by the fire and get warm and dry before doing it all again!
Looking for peak ski season work

Hi Xenia, welcome to J2Ski.

You might also want to contact all the UK tour operators as they often recruit additional staff, mostly reps though, during their peak times.

Hope that helps :-)

I have to say that I think one bad experience with one company may tar your views on them. First Choice in Sauze had the worst rep I have ever come across, but fortunately we have no need for a rep other than finding out where the best happy hour bars are.

We travelled with Crystal a few years ago and although the hotel was fab, the rep was crap. Saw her on the way to the hotel and that was it. But like you Tony, we never really have much use for them, besides they say offensive things like 'punters leave their brains at Gatwick'. How rude.

We are travelling with Crystal again this year but are comforted by the fact that Thompson own them (no idea if they did when we last travelled with them but she was still crap).

Agree with you on Neilson too, only used them once and they do seem very serious (and expensive) :-)

Great question.

As other people have said, I love the beauty of the mountains and the crisp fresh air, I also love the crunch of snow under your feet, going so fast that your face burns with cold at the end of a run, the sparkle in the air that is left a day after a big snowfall, blue sky days, powder, vin chaud, chatting on the chair lift, laughing at people falling over, laughing at each other falling over (as long as no-one is hurt of course), and that feeling at the end of the day when you've done more exercise on your first day than you've done all year and you can sit around chatting with people who also love what you love and drink beer and re-fuel so you can do it all again the next day.

That's just a few reasons :D

I particularly like that they will supply "a generous baggage and complimentary ski or snowboard allowance".

Stick that in your pipe and smoke it BA. Will be interesting to see what their prices are like.

The Day After Tomorrow is fab! I love films about nature getting out of hand.

I'm surprised you like it Ally, millions died.
