Well if you believe the BBC (which I don't) then they are predicting a mild winter (in the UK), however judging by the amount of berries on the trees I would say otherwise (I love my mother-in-laws weather-watches, she's nearly always right).
With regards to the Alps, a few people mentioned the other day that this time last year there were bumper snow-falls in various resorts. According to the Ski Club, the most snow has fallen in Scotland so far this year which the BBC seem to have failed to mention. So there you go :?: |

I won't be able to take part in this! For for the first time in ages I'm going out on a Thursday night, I'll have approximately an hour to get in the loft to find my gear, get it all on, take a photo, explain to my OH what to do....I don't think so.
Look forward to having a giggle when I get home though! |
