Well done Wickers! I lost some weight last year along with Mr PSC although we have put some of it back on so need to go back on the diet! Enjoy your meal.

Wickers - are you talking about your good self?
TheoBane - You need to sign up with a club and start to get some FIS competitions under your belt. You will also need lots of money as well as determination. UK comps are usually held on plastic and this wrecks your expensive race skis. Have a look at the Snowsport GB website for lots of info. |

I have been really sad and created a film of today from the livecam 360. There were a few lucky people skiing/boarding up there today see this link http://www.valthorens.com/winter-en/live/livecams--webcams.61.html
5 weeks until we go to St Martin down the road  |

Just under the bridge towards Le Praz on the left hand side there is a cheap outdoor takeaway cafe that does an American (with Chips) for about 6 Euros - not bad in a resort where you can see Champagne on sale for 3000 Euros a bottle  The trick is in Courchevel is not to follow the ESF ski instructors with their clients - they take them to the most expensive places. Avoid anything that overlooks the airstrip - Cartier Diamonds on sale as you walk in is always a giveaway that a place may be a tad expensive....

I have a pair of K2 Tru Loves which I will be disposing of because I find them too heavy - can anyone suggest an alternative that will give me some of the stability at speed but be easier to turn - I ski mainly on piste reds, blues and blacks and follow the kids onto the snowparks and do the green jumps
