I know there are plenty of resorts with cross country trails, the only one I can think of at the moment is Livignio, Italy.

Me too. Although not Les Arcs, been religiously checking Val D'isere and Tignes every day for the last few weeks and watched the scenery change. Love it. If only I was there to see it for myself.... |

I know theres a Casino on the main street in Val but I don't know if its near your accommodation.
