I have maintained my beer and cigerette consumption from winter, played squash 3 times, fixed a puncture in my front tyre and put on 20lb. I reckon I'm in great shape to get in great shape.

Half the fun is travelling the road. Success is nothing without a journey. Personally the first days panting, sweating and cursing make the rest all the better. they serve to remnd you of the point. Can't wait for Saturday when my journey begins ;)

Not wanting to brag but I'm always in peak condition. I run 18 miles a week, play squash twice a week and circuit training 3 times a week. I've just done Tough Guy (google it) and am doing Hellrunner (google it) in November.

So, to recap, I'm fit. :D :lol:

I might have a go at walking home from the pub instead of cabbing it...at some point. :roll:
