The resorts comprising the Ortler Ski Arena have also decided to close as have the resorts in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region.

Finally, long overdue closure of the Dolomites. Icelandic health authorities have classified all Alpine ski resorts as high risk for Coronavirus infection.

Interestingly, the list of Dolomiti Superski areas on the above link doesn't seem to include Cortina d'Ampezzo. (Unless I've missed it).

You're right Cortina d'Ampezzo isn't on the list which is a bit strange as other resorts in the province of Belluno in the Vento region are, maybe they have decided to go it alone.
As many of the resorts in that part of Italy have seen mass cancellations as well as a collapse in new bookings it is likely that commercial reasons also came into play. I think it's very likely that the remaining resorts in that region will close.

Francesco Boccia, Italy's Minister for Regional Affairs has just announced the closure of all the ski resorts in Italy from tomorrow.
The trigger for the action seems to be an aggressive marketing campaign by Abetone, a resort in the Apennines that sought to attract students.
