Going with Inghams, but looked on site and seems there is only flights from manchester, birmingham and bristol left. There is room at the hotel still.

Me too; week commencing 7 Jan for a week. Hope to share a drink and a chinwag with some fellow J2 skiers while there.
The bus is fine and doesn't take that long.
As far as I've been informed, everything open as usual at Xmas, but I'm sure some of the more exp. guys like Dave Mac can comment.
We haven't been at Xmas before, but found the resort so welcoming and the kids love it, that there wasn't really another choice for us - better the devil you know and all that..
Hopefully bump into you over Xmas.. you can't miss me I'm either in red looking like a ribena berry or black/white looking like static on a TV.. :lol: :shock: :lol:

loved the kellerwirt. my favourite place i have stayed whilst skiing, so much so that im not going with the lads this year so i can take my non skiing girlfriend.

there was honest!!looked on the auhof cam at about 7;30am and though it was light and only halfway down, there was....honest :)

In Oberau on 23rd, so will visit Niederau over the week. Wonder if I should have gone to N now, everyone raves about it, but have to consider kids. Kellerwirt in O was offering a xmas package so should be nice.
Couple of questions,
1. Is the bus system easy between O, N and A.
2. Is everything open as usual at xmas.
3. Is it really festive, worried about kids wanting to be at home.
4. Who else is going xmas week, might be nice to say hello to some J2 buddies.
