Personally - i run about once or twice a week and do a few squats and stuff, but i reckon that the best thing is getting to the slopes here in SCotland as much as possible. If you live down south, getting to the indoor dome or dry slope a couple of times per week for a couple of months before you're holiday should stand you in good stead!

Looking out of the kitchen window, sun is just rising over the mountain, fresh snow has fallen, but~my legs feel completely shattered. Did 91 km yesterday, trying to keep up with the locals.

Where is the ibruproffen......

I tried some of her exercises that I saw in the paper, they were supposed to get you fit in '10 minutes a day', took me half an hour and nearly killed me.

But as TH said, yes it is good.

10 minutes a day for 5 months she said. I have been doing 40 minutes a day for 3 days a week, lost 3lbs and my jeans are now hanging off me. Somethings working.
