I look stupid in a hat and sunglasses but only as a last resort. I skied probably close to 30 days last year (guestimate) and 2 maybe 3 of those days I wore sunglasses for at least part of the day.

You can have as many helmet and goggle shots as you like
Well, in fact, you can't because I don't have them at the flat. No luck 8)

I agree about helmets and sunnies, very gay.
I do find I wear sunnies whenever the sun is out, goggles when its flat light, cloudy or snowing.
The Sinner goggles are quite good, we have 3 pairs in our family and theyt do a good job, are not badly made and dont fog up (unless you put them on your woolly hat when its damp). Available in TK for between £15 and £20 usually, rrp around £50 I think.
Is there such a thing as goggle snobbery, as I have detected from a couple of people who wear Oakley's....??

I am a goggle snob, not tried anything cheaper in the last few years and I won't in the near future. They are not a huge expense and with Oakley warranties they could effectively last forever (haven't heard of a change since they have been purchased by luxotica...). If I go away from Oakley it will probably be to Smith.
Same with sunglasses although I did have Ray Bans this summer and would probably have another pair.

I have to confess I have spent more this season on new goggles than I ever thought I would, £55. But that was less than half price so I kind of feel more justified for having done so...! 8)
