If you can get your sandwiches past the securidee goons at a UK airport, then you could make a fortune selling the technique. A quick read of the PPRUNE site will give you a feel for the large numbers of airline cabin staff who have had their own food confiscated, and are very angry.

Right, that does it, I'm sending you through with my hand baggage :D My last few trips through UK airports security have been a miserable experience.

So, can you tell the difference between Coffeemate powder and PETROL? Yes? Good, perhaps you could let East Midlands Airport staff know how you figured it out, since they can't grasp the basics

And Gatwick left nasty smears on my laptop screen

:DHi RoseR,

I have flown with Easyjet three or four times a yeay for the last 4 - 5 years from either Luton to Geneva or Luton to Grenoble ,and have never had a problem.

The flights have always been on time ,and well priced...as for eating with a flight time of only 1hr 20 mins for my usual trip Luton/Geneva i find its not worth bothering about :D.

Al in all i can thoroughly reccommend the big orange bus with with wings :D

All the best

Jon.

Good result Rose, it sounds well sorted.

Now calm down, and wax your board. For the fifth time?

Thanks every-one I am fine now. And we did wax boards to-day and tried on ski clothes, it was like a fashion parade at ours to-day
