In Canada + oddly Australia the Scottish accent is a key to a whole new world (or league).

I'm half scottish so I'm allowed to put the accent on. It might be worth giving it a go if it can get you places.

Dont know about a Scottish forum but a Scottish ski industry would be good.
How much global warming would we be able to reduce if everyone in Britain went to aviemore by train and stopped all those unnecessary flights.
Why go to places that have snow and invest in the infrastructure allowing the public to get up the hill after a snow fall without having to wait for a thaw to enable the road to open?
Less CO2 = more snow (perhaps) certainly we are told more CO2 = less snow and in the 20 years I have been skiing in Scotland there is definately less snow and almost exactly the same lifts as in those that were there in 1987.
Whenever you are listening to the traffic report on Radio 2 and hear the Cockbridge to Tomintoul road is closed, just think of all the frustrated skiers at the snow gates down in the valley champing at the bit.
Come on Alec, sod a new Parliament building in Edinburgh give us some money for snow cannons. :?:
