Cat tracks are more for protecting your ski boots soles, rather than making walking easier. Essential if you have fitted boots.

Now that's useful.

Now I need something that will allow my socks to easily slide over the grippy custom footbed without pulling the socks too tight over my toes. I'm thinking a strip of ripstop nylon might slippery enough, and strong enough to be pulled out.

I bought one of those ski walkers at the Ski and board show. I hate carrying my skis, I get all hot and flustered so anything that makes it easier is fine by me. Will let you know how successful in about 90 days :D
