Who wears a helmet?

Helmet will stop cuts and gashes, but still wont protect you from a very heavy fall to the head, but if you hurt yourself on a mountain and need to claim insurance, if you dont wear a helmet insurance will most prob wont pay out, Happened to someone i met last season! they had to pay a very big bill

Will soon be compulsory to wear helmets (I think). Don't buy a helmet initially but hire one-I think that you will be pleasantly surprised. Choose a light (white) colour as this reflects the sun and keeps cool.
