Piste Noire, the artisan chocolate factory in Courchevel not only works with the best chocolates in the world, but has launched its own varieties.
Brought up since childhood by the flavors of the famous chocolate mills in Rio Negro in Argentina, Florencia Malbràn - owner of Piste Noire - was trained by the elders of this famous South American location.
She has recently launched two new products: a milk chocolate made with milk taken from local summer mountain pastures and a 74% dark chocolate made with cocoa beans from Santo Domingo, Tanzania and Ecuador.
Piste Noire also organize tastings by appointment where they demonstrate the fine art of chocolate making. Just drop by when you're in resort to find out the next date.
And when you are in resort, make sure you drop by. You've burned the calories, so what better way to reward yourself!
