Snow Dome !!
Now that is a creative solution, and probably better conditions than North of the Border.

I've looked at the company Alpine Elements (just google it)before as they will do Thurs-Sunday short breaks to Chamonix/Les Gets/Meribel but I agree the budget is a bit tight!

Love the idea of manchester and a days lessons in the snowdone..brilliant!

You could also ski in Castleford (Cas-Vegas) and stay in Ponti-carlo...even better!

Gimme more info...!!!
Lufthansa Heathrow to Munich £89 return including ski carriage.
I know the OP was looking for flights for beginners so no skis to take, but for those of us looking at getting away with our gear, I havent found many better deals than that.
I'd never use Ryanair for a ski holiday with my kit.

Now, isn't that just typical ~ we are all on the case, and Henski has gone to the pub.
The negatives are in the lead at £800+, and the positives are in the lead at £404.
I do love J2ski.
And Stollen, just bought two at Lidls, mmmmmmm.

I hope she comes back soon and tells us what she's decided to do. The suspense is killing me ...

Me too! I'm dying to see if we can do it!
I wish I could meet the person who first decided to strap 2 planks to their feet and throw themselves down a mountain
