It is the most frustrating thing but how do I know which goggles will not cause this problem? This year it looks likely I will have to ski wearing my goggles so I really don't want this problem and will buy new goggles if I have to.

I will try the spitting! Are you meant to spit and rub though? Can't believe I am writing this! And I don't have much body heat so will try the under the armpit thing anyway. Do I spit on them first! Or stamp on them!

Sued,
If the spitting doesn't work I suggest stamping on them afterwards, and buying some more! :D :D :D

You can buy anti fog drops / spray. Usually used for dive masks & swim goggles but I'm sure it would be suitable.

Apologies for Fred Drifting.

An old motorcycling trick to stop goggles misting up, is to rub a little washing up liquid on the lens, and then buff it off.

A karma story. I used to ride a motorcycle from Camberley to Northampton every weekend. I stopped for a motorcyclist on the side of the road one time. The girl had run out of petrol. I took the tank off my bike to pour some petrol into her bike. A couple of weeks later I was on the same route, on a cold damp night, and was struggling with misting up goggles. I stopped at a fish and chip shop to scrounge some washing up liquid. The same girl was working there, and was more than happy to help.
