I did that yesterday after a day and night on beer, Southern Comfort and mojitos at the rugby in Biarritz. Never again!

This morning I spent travelling home via SNCF, Eurostar and First Great Western!. Can't tell you what Eurostar was like - fast asleep all the way to St Pancras!

Just like spring skiing, but without the slush :-)

As for the hillockls and ridges, just expect to find many pistes like that after a light dump or at the end of the day. Off piste is a little bit different...!

Race ruts are a little different. Very nasty to ski over in bad light. You can pretty much right off a run, after PGS, or multiple slaloms have been run on it.

I could easily entertain myself for a few hours a week on an indoor slope, provided it wasn't too busy.

because I'm so inclined .....

Rossyhead Don't worry about Kwame embarrassing any of our skiers at the Olympics. He is about 8 secs per run behind our British Junior champion who is only 19. He isn't even going to Vancouver either.

Perhaps you could clarify, who is not going to Vancouver?

Bandit I think he means our British Junior Champ isn't going.
I decided to have a life change and be more spontaneous. Starting tomorrow.
