Can't you fly to Grenoble?

Avios replaced airmiles, rewards scheme for collecting points through tesco clubcard. I use a lot of diesel which gives me reward vouchers which I convert into avios points. 4500 points gives you one single flight into zone 2 europe which covers the ski areas, so 9000 for a return. Alternatively I could use to book the eurostar to Moutiers but its 25000 points so doesnt make economic sense to me. So ideally Im looking to use points for flights and then book accommodation on the back of this, along with car hire or local transfers at my expense.
Last March I managed to get flights to Lyon and car hire all on airmiles, and accommodation for £240pp which believe it or not included a 6 day lift pass, so it was possibly the cheapest ski holiday I have ever had. And superb conditions as well as it turned out!
Just looking to do something similar this March, and these chalets in LM seemed good value at £249 fully catered. However getting there is another issue....... so possibly on to another option now .

Ah. Ok. Thought there must be a reason.
Think I need to look into Avios.

I've got 21,000 Avios burning a hole in my online account - the only problem is that most French and a lot of Italian accommodation is sold on a weekend to weekend basis, and the Avios reward flights are rarely available at weekends in the ski season.

I had two Avios returns from Gatwick to Innsbruck for a grand total of £70 - until work intervened!
