For a 20 years of wedded bliss I would take my wife to Paris or Rome Andy ……… Much more brownie points could be gained

If this is a celebration, and should be special, then why not go to Colorado? Base in Breckenridge, great for all standards, the town is at 9000ft, so April conditions are good. You can rent a condo to suit.

If in the 3Vs, quiet life, a chalet in La Tania.

Nearly there with our 2nd holiday choice. Highly likely to be heading out on 15th March.

Has anyone stayed at Le Hameau du Kashmir in Val Thorens? It's a fairly new building and the photos on the web look pretty good. We will go for the breakfast only option and can then fend for ourselves for lunch and dinner. The junior suites look very nice indeed.

Any comments (good or bad) would be appreciated......

Thanks!!

Decided against Le Hameau because of the cost.

We're probably going to go for a last minute deal to somewhere snowy and see how that goes. Could be a disaster as never tried it before. Wish me luck...
