There is a fast chair lift roughly where the red arrow points to.

Most of the pistes are very wide so there's plenty of elbow room.
Even in high season there are seldom queues in the Cervinia sector and Valtournenche is usually very quiet, maybe a bit of queuing in the morning to get out of the village if you start late but that's about it.
If it's very windy, very cold or the vis is very bad they don't open the link (getting stuck on the wrong side can be very expensive) the link is more likely to be closed in the early part of the season.
