Ski France - whats happened to them?

I have been on 2 package holidays with Ski France in recent years, both times to ADH.
However, this year they are offering accommodation only, no packages including transport at all.

Does anyone know why this is or what has happened?

I have to say the 2 experiences with them were not great in terms of the flights they chartered.
The first one a few years back, we ended up without any bags for 3 days (airlines fault, Monarch, and we were compensated but it spoiled things considerably) and the last time in March 2014 there was a change in flight time unannounced (Monarch again) and both the airline and Ski France blamed each other.

This only suggests to me that there may have been a fall out between the 2, which wouldn't surprise me, as Monarch have reportedly been on the verge of bankruptcy for a while now, although they are still currently flying charter flights this ski season as well as other regular sunny destinations.

Anyone have any details on Ski France?

I have not had a package holiday. However, I rented a house via Ski france during our first year in St Martin de Belleville. I must say that comparing to the other agencies, I was not happy with Ski France as well as you need to settle immediate payment before you can have additional comments, feedback or photos etc. So, it is a bit of risk. Regarding the package holidays, good luck. Hope it will be a good one this time.
