The season has formally started and early indications are that the snow is good everywhere in Austria. The lower resorts got it late but there is quite abit due later this week again for those who are away over Xmas.
Last year I thought the forum was very QT on the whole bar the usual suspects and its looking that way again.

Forums tend to go through cycles new people join others leave, it just takes a little more time to develop again, For my point of view we had a great mix of people a couple of years ago with some good info and banter. But ego's are an odd thing some people seem to be so Serious that they do not seem to appreciate the other opinion, but as they say in Icy land ..... there's now't stranger than folk. :thumbup:

Great stuff can't wait, off to Soll 6am tomorrow back on January 6th snow reports look great!!!
We are a very large party staying for over 2 weeks, anyone going to Soll give us a shout. Happy days....Just finished packing the van having a quiet beer.

Clay, I've been to Soll lots of times but never over Christmas. I'm sure it'll be fabulous - Happy Skiing, Happy Christmas!

I'm off to soll on the 12th of jan, and can't wait! Never been to soll but been to other resorts near there :)

Keep an eye out for the Band Frog on the Tyne they are there every year, really good live music. Salvensdadl was a great place to hang out.
