Sleeps till ski time
Login
This will be our 3rd trip to Norway. We really like the Norwegian people. The mix in the resort is mainly Norwegians, Swedes, Danes, Germans and few Finns, Brits, Russians, Dutch and Belgians. Everyone speaks perfect english.
Great place to learn to ski (although can be very cold). Lots of boarders as well so my eldest daughter will feel at home.
There will be a quite a few beautiful people there. I'm going to even things up a little.

My two daughters are very excited. 15 months since their last ski hols. My youngest has grown about a foot since then. She'll probably be like a drunken giraffe for the 1st day or so. :D

Hi Bedrock Barney,
I hope you and the family have a great time. My older daughter's first ski holiday was to Norway - to Geilo, on a school trip. She had a marvellous time. She said the Norwegians were incredibly kind to them all, and the instructor was brilliant.
Let us know how you got on, when you come back :D
List of J2Skiers off ski-ing week starting Saturday 31st March
Michelle63 - Les Deux Alpes
Dids1 - Les Houches/Chamonix
Snowy0000 - Tignes (1st April for 10 days)
List of J2Skiers off ski-ing week starting Saturday 7th April
Bedrock Barney - Hemsedal Norway (leaving on the 8th)
Colin_Lambert - Banff Canada
Anyone else?

Hi Colin,
It looks like you're going to be very lucky then - if they've got plenty of snow in Banff.
Have fun!!!!!!!!!!!

3 more to go.
Packing has commenced. Current issues - memory stick lost, youngest daughter can't fit into her snow boots, can we get away with two hold bags between 4 of us?
