Newbie to J2SKI - Niederau Questions

OK Guys

I have just extended my trip to Austria in February to include a week at the Auhof in Niederau :-). You all seem to know the place so well I am asking for some tips as to where to eat, pick up groceries etc?

I will have OH and 2 children in tow aged 6 and 10 and will need to hire skis etc for that week. Is there any place to do this online prior? Might put the kids into ski school for a couple of days too - I think I read somewhere here that the Red Ski School is the one to use?

I recall one evening even getting out my hairbrush to sing at Dave Lambert's feet! Could never get in the Vicky the 'front' way; always had to walk thro the kitchen.

S*** I HAVE to go and prepare some lessons for tomorrow. PS It's been trying to snow in Birmingham today ...
