Well I have just signed up to the site so this is my first post.
Yesterday I booked a last min holiday to Tignes with two of my mates for a weeks boarding. Holiday was very very cheap and couldn't really say no. BUT with no fresh snow forecast I'm feeling a little sad at the prospect of not being knee deep in the fluffy stuff, so come on Mr Weather Man make this Yorkshire man happy :D and give us a dump on Saturday night.
If anyone can recommend any run's/areas or even bars in Tignes then it would be much appreciated.
Where is all the snow??

I'd take some tablets for that :D

Have a look at http://www.tignesnet.com/images-and-videos/tignes-video-snow-reports.htm#a8648
For the Friday snow report - a bit more info than a bald snow forecast including suggestions on where and where not to go.

The snow is in Austria, apparently.

Oh yessssss it most certainly is!
And Switzerland is getting it in many places too.
Looks like a rough time for France and the western alps unfortunately.

Thanks for the comments guy's. But from my annual addiction (Running December to April) of checking the weather for my next boarding holidays every 5 min's, it looks like you are correct and France seems to be being by-passed on the fresh snow front over the last few weeks. It looks pretty quiet on the webcams so I'm thinking the top runs away from the motorway traffic down below will be the best bet. Fingers crossed I can find a nice secluded bowel that's still relatively soft.
