Hi, just back from France yesterday Sorry not been in touch whilst out there as O/H has been very ill with her wisdom teeth. So I have had to ski on my own :) The snow at St G. is very poor on the Ideal side with large bare patches. Salski probably had the best snow when she went over Christmas. Megeve is better, Les Contamines is even better still. Most runs are hard and can be a bit icy, the weather has been very cold but sunny. We could do with some more snow. When we go back we have passes for another three areas so might have to travel to the higher resorts,

These are the piccys I was going to post, this is as bad as anywhere in the resorts, the slopes are south faceing, low with no snow making facilitys. To be fair there is some sking to be had.

:( :( :( Sad photos (although I have much, much worse ones from Les Gets in January 2007)! Hope you found some good snow elsewhere. Will keep doing the snowdance ready for your return.

 No wonder you had to have an operation on your feet looking at those boots - surely you've stopped wearing them now?

The plan is.... there's no plan!
