Going to St. Johann for Xmas 2010. Would appreciate some insight what to expect, I ski but my wife doesn't. Thanks for any input.... Snow ? :roll:

I have been to St Johnann twice, although the last time was 5/6 years ago. I actually love the place, although the skiing is mostly beginners / intermediate, the runs through the trees are fantastic. There are quite a few good restaurants, great Italian, although I cant remember the name. There are two good bars, one at the bottom of the final run & an Aussie bar in town, Bunny's I think. Word of caution, it is a fairly low resort so you will have to be lucky if you are to have snow coverage at Xmas. Enjoy, if you get snow I am sure you will. Rgds Matt
