Has anyone tried Les Contamines Mont Blanc?

Hi, I'm looking for something different this winter and planning on a ski holyday in France early in the season.
I heard about Les Contamines and checked their website and a few skiing forums. It seems to have excellent natural snow conditions (and I will need that because I plan my holydays in December!). I also read that this resort was excellent for both skiing and snowboarding. Has anyone ever been there and could share their experience with me before I book my flight? There seems to have a wide choice of catered chalet and ski appartement and I'm open to suggestions on accommodation as well.

Yes, it's a great little resort.

It's pretty sad that they have to employ folk to drop link spam in forums though - perhaps you'd like to direct your client to our advertising pages?
