Finally made a decision and will be there w/c 6/2/2010.
Would be great to meet anyone else from here who will be there, especially if you too have a first timer wife and kids (aged 10 & 6)..

On another note, I've found out that we'll be using the Blues (ski school). I was rather hoping we'd be using the Reds after all the rave reviews I've read about them on here. The Blues get relatively few mentions.
Has anyone here experienced the Blues, or both, and is able to rate them?

Having witnessed and heard about Blue school, I'd opt out of the TO ski package and book directly with the Reds if you can.
There may be some Blue fans out there so forgive me, but they seemed very unprofessional - a lot of showing off going on.
On a plus note, the nursery slopes in N will be perfect for your kids.

Hi Coop, I have just responded to your PM, detailing info about the ski schools and ski hire.
Re the childrens apres, there is toboganning in Oberau. ~ hairy stuff!

The plan, unfortunately, means earlier in the year for me.

Forgot to mention also, that the kids get to go in the ski school races. The big joy for them is the prize giving ~ red school event is great. After all the medals bit, you get to join in bell-ringing, shoe-platter, dancing.
Not sure what the blues do.
