Sorry guys have posted a thread titled as here but on the beginners board but not sure whether here would get a better response, so if the title is something you feel you could help with then please see if you can offer any advice through the other board, thanks! :)
I decided to have a life change and be more spontaneous. Starting tomorrow.

jonG, have you actually skied with that ski school?

I guess I have to be careful here as I do not wish to render myself open to libel.

How can I say this? There are two ski schools in Niederau.

Schischule Wildschönau, email address given in the previous posting. This is the RED ski school. It has won awards, and is one of the highest rated schools in Tirol. I know most of the instructors. I used to work for them. I entrusted my own boys to them. Every instructor is trained.

Then there is ski school Aktiv. This is the blue ski school. I have nothing to say about this ski school.

Phew, think that sounds OK.

From experience I have nothing but praise for the skill and dedication of the instruction at the red ski school. They make the learning experience fun and I have always made good progress through the encouragement of the instructors and techniques taught. Have had lessons there the past 3 years and the instruction is excellent. All speak excellent English and there are also a number of native English speaking instructors.

As Dave Mac said the instructors are all highly trained and from what I can gather the instructor qualifications in the Tirol are very tough to achieve.

I have no hesitation in recommending the red ski school.

Just got back from Niederau yesterday and the whole family were thoroughly impressed with the tuition from the Red ski school. We had pre-booked three days of lessons but my wife and daughter were enjoying the tuition so much we extended it to the full 6 days for them.

The instructors at the red ski school are some of the best I've ever seen, and were so patient with my wife and daughter that I'm pleased to say their confidence has improved way beyond my expectations :D :D :D :D

I completely disagree, the Aktiv skischool (the Blues) in Niederau have won awards for their training abilities. My sister and I have both trained with them several times and have always enjoyed our time with them. The instructors are more than competent, friendly and inspire confidence within each student.
My family has used this school from a beginner level and would recommend them again and again.
I have never used the red school so I can't comment on their abilities but I was thrilled with te Aktiv Skischool!
