:DHi All,
A while back there was a thread about where to find and buy cheap ski gear to help keep the cost of holidays down due to the rubbish exchange rates ,and for those venturing out to the white stuff for the first time :D
I have just received my copy of the Daily Mail Ski & Snowboard mag and they have an add for a company called skiwear4less
at www.skiwear4less.com ...
Seems pretty good stuff at good cheap prices ,also if anyone is heading up to Bourg-Saint-Maurice/Les Arcs , La Rosiere ,Ste-Foy ,Val and Tignes for the first time there is an excellent shop on the right hand side of the main road next to lidl's in Bourg called Sport-Extreme....good gear at good prices ,I think they have a website ...will look into it and get back :D :D
Happy snowy times to all :D

These guys have been around ages, and I used to drop in at their shop at Xscape at Castleford. I think they also have a store at Tamworth. They always seem to have some good deals on Blizzard skis, including the Titan 8's which I was trying to get hold of for ages.

TK Maxx is always good, I have a 4 year old jacket which cost me £20 and should have been over £100 according to the label. Always a good selection of makes and sizes - oh and the most important... colour!!
Rather a bad day on the slopes than a good day in the office!

I also bought my skis from skiwear4les and can't praise their service highly enough ...their technician sorted out a binding problem over the phone and helped me no end and they furnished copy documents by return
