firstly well done for being able to fit into the same gear as you could ten years ago, if i put my gear on from ten years ago i'd look like the only gay in the village !!
seriously though you can get a full outfit now including jacket sallopettes gloves etc etc for under a £100 so i wouldn't risk spoiling your holiday and feeling the affects of the weather instead of feeling what its like to be back on the slopes
Enjoy :D

Just for future reference, upper case is used in forums to SHOUT your message. BTW New gear will will make you feel comfortable and that's half the battle.

I am relatively new to skiing but every year I see my brother in law and a family friend go skiing in their equivalent 10-20 year old one piece C&A gear.
My advice (from a 30 something) is to get your suit washed and re waterproofed and make sure that your gloves are treated the same way and if you don't have any goggles then, get a pair of expensive ones with inter-changeable lenses.
If you're on a tight budget then go to you nearest Decathlon store (UK) or order online (a visit really is worth the trip to ascertain correct fit) and you 'll get a pair just as good for a third of the price then spend the money you save on a differnt lense or another ski essential which Decathlon are very good ( and very cheap at)
The interesting thing is that in the new Ellis Brigham catalogue they are now "bigging up" the one piece saying that it is now back !
You are now an inadvertant ski fashion leader

I'd say it is really up to you.
There are three schools of thought
1, It doesn't matter what you are wearing as long as you get down the mountain
2, You have to have the latest trendiest gear incase you are judged whilst drinking your skinny latte at the piste side cafe.
3, Go for gear that will keep you warm, dry, safe and doesn't hamper your movement.
I am definitely in the third camp. Clothing technology has come a long way in the past decade and for a really reasonable price you can get very good quality gear.
If your one-piece suit still works you can use it but they do tend to be prohibitive to movement and your chances of ever having sex again.
But seriously an all-in-one is less versitile than a jacket and trousers for replacement purposes and for use in varying conditions - take the fleece out, use the vents, etc.
You don't need to update your gear every year but I would reccomend an upgrade on this occasion you will really benefit from the change and as per the above comments place such as TK Maxx have really cheap quality gear.
