Hey, I'm looking for really cheap holidays in February half term which starts from 15th. Don't mind where it as but want to find everything inclusive.

If you could let me know of any really good places to look would be helpful.
Already looked on all the usuals like iglu, firstchoice etc...

Cheers
Leroy

You're being somewhat optimistic I'm afraid. That is the absolute peak week of the entire season and anything not priced high (if it's still available) almost certainly has something very wrong about it.

Your only real chance of a big discount is to wait until absolutely last minute (less than 7 days) and hope for a cancellation or complete snow drought.

If you want cheap then you need to go either mid-January or March. Sorry.

Yeh no chance i'm afraid. Drag the kids out of school, my parents did it, got a couple of threatening letters, but hey i still got an unconditional place at my uni of choice!

You should check on the "accomodation offered" of this forum, but cheap AND half term....?!

Good luck,

It begs the question, why go at half term? If its because you are taking kids, take my advice and take them out of school for a week. Feb half term is ridiculously over priced and is far too busy both at the airports and also on the slopes. i strongly recommend avoiding it at all costs. I really dont understand why people go at that time of year.

Alternatively, wait right until the last minute to get late deals, but you will probably end up somewhere with less snow, horrible flight times, or poor accommodation nowhere near the lifts.

If you come to ski in Bavaria, then the week you mention is NOT peak week - the peak week here is for the Bavarian school holidays, which are 2nd-9th February. You also have the advantage of affordable prices. We can offer 1 week's skiing, including self catering accommodation, half board, ski pass, equipment hire and ski bus tickets for Euro 500 per person for the week for a minimum of 4 people. Nearest airport is Munich. We do only have 1 apartment left for that week because this year we have the others booked up by Brits, but that is unusual, because most Brits don't seem to know that you can ski in Bavaria......

Which resort are you talking about for future reference?

I have to agree with pyrabelisk!

We are going for our second trip to Germany!

Initially we planned to go at halfterm, but finally decided on Xmas. However, this had no reflection on cost or availability ( but it is slightly more expensive at halfterm.....from our research anyway)

I have no experience on all inclusive though. We always go self catering due to have small (fusy) children in our group :-)

We ski in Oberjoch. The resort is not so high ( 1300m i think), but the resort is not crowded and the lift passes are extremely cheap.

Worth checking out!?
