Transfer from Vail to Keystone

Can anyone out there please help. We're off to ski Vail soon and also wish to spend some time in Keystone/Breckenridge. We aren't driving and relying on ski shuttles and airport transfers. we've hit a problem in trying to get from Vail to Keystone - any advice would be very much appreciated.
