Hi
Going skiing to La Plagne 29th March for one week.  Want to have lessons for the children with other English speaking children so wondered if anyone out there might be planning a similar trip.
We have a 6 year old boy (skied once) and 10 year old girl (skied twice) and want to share the cost of lessons as at 1100 euros for separate lessons of 2 hours each morning we might have to sleep in a tent!

Reflex are strongly recommended but only do private lessons. ESF are cheaper but likely to be predominantly French groups which can be daunting for a six year old. Fingers crossed someone out there can help.

I would think that the ESF would have english speaking instructors as the as he area is popular with the Brits ….

I'm sure there will be an English speaking group for kids most weeks but, as that isn't a holiday week in Uk AFAIK, then there is the possibility there wont be the demand as most people wont have taken their kids during term time

Drop them an email and ask

Thanks Andy, I will do that. Do they tend to allocate groups for children of the same nationality? Went to Italy a few years ago and my daughter was Ian group of 7 with 6 Italien children...result one very unhappy 7 year old!

I don't have sproglets myself but certainly in adult classes they will put all the English speakers together wherever they can

often means you get a fit Scandinavian or two in your group as they speak better English than we do but the instructors don't have a lot of Swedish!

Hopefully lots of other Uk families defying Michael Gove and irreparably damaging their education by finishing term 21/2 days early!

He may be less popular in that job than Keith Joseph was!
