We have booked a 10-sleeper chalet a 5 minute walk from the main ski lift in Arraba. The price is £675 per person and includes flights from London Gatwick, transfers, half board (breakfast + afternoon tea + dinner) and ski hire. The chalet is quite superb and you can check it out at:

We are a group of six young professionals from South Africa and Australia living in London and hoping to find another FOUR people to join our group. Our skill levels are mixed - some ski, some snowboard - so there will most likely be someone in the group for you to ski with if you're flying solo. We are an easy-going group and welcome anyone to join our group for a week of great skiing and aprés-ski.
Dates once again: 23rd Feb to 2nd March.

That's a very good price, but presumably it only applies if 10 people go on the holiday,so the chalet is full. Otherwise the holiday will be a lot more expensive, per person, for the 6 of you.
I've just come back from a group holiday that I organized, and I was very careful not to get myself in your situation.
What happened to the other 4 people? Did they drop out or what?
Best of luck with finding some more people to go with you - it looks like a great holiday :)

We actually paid for the whole thing thinking it wouldn't be too much of an issue to fill the empty spots. 2 people did drop out because of work commitments and such, so this is a last minute scramble to get some other fun people on board.
The location, ski reports and everything else about this holiday sounds fantastic - so we are hoping that we can fill this quite quickly and everyone can concentrate on having a good time.

I think you'll probably have to offer it at a discounted price, if you want to fill all 4 places.
I have 2 U.K. holiday cottages that I let, and this is what we do if we don't have a booking when the holiday is only 2 weeks away. On one of them I had to reduce Christmas and New Year by 50% this year to get a booking :shock:

Someone just replied to my post for the same week. He specifically expressed an interest in Dolomites. I'll defintiely not be going there as I need to get a package which flies from Scotland. But you might want to reply to him

Thanks Dkirkuk, I'll check out that forum and see if can find this person. On a positive note, there has been a bit more interest in other forums as well - so fingers crossed.
@ Rustyinn: I agree. Our package is flexible to allow flights from anywhere in England. So if Scotland is a problem and people dont want to trek to Gatwick, a Manchester flight is also a possibility.
