We have seen a hotel in la Plagne but it is in the aime la plagne.

How do we get around at night from the bars/restaurants back to the hotel. Is it possible? Transfer bus? Walk? Lifts working at night?

If not any other resorts in la plagne which are near good restaurants/bars/clubs and walkable/staggerable home too.

thanks

Aime la plagne is high above Plagne Centre. It is linked to Centre by piste and the 'Telemetro' gondola. I think it runs late into the night so you will have no issue getting about.

Having said that, of all the villages Aime would be my last choice. It does seem a little souless and is pretty much just one or two huge hotels/buildings with a few bars and shops on the lower floor.

Centre is probably the best for nightlife, however we stayed in Belle Plagne which was lovely if not quite quiet.

I agree with Belle Plagne, have stayed there twice and it is by far the nicest Plagne village. Not sure about your style of nightlife but as a family with teens, Belle and Bellecote (linked by a telecabin that runs nearly all night) did us proud. Also, our opinion is that Belle is perfectly placed for getting over to Les Arc, with the surrounding area being much quieter than the rest of La Plagne, especially in busy times.........happy choosing!

As Snapzzz said... The Telemetro conects Aime 2000 to Plagne centre from where you can get to all the altitude resorts and Plagne 1800 by ski bus, having said that there are couple of good restaurants and bars in the main Aime 2k building.

Yeh we were there last year and stayed in Plagne Soleil which was very quiet. When we go back we would def stay in Belle Plagne!!
