Predazzo's skiing is shared with Obereggen and known as the Ski Centre Latemar, one of Italy's newest and fastest growing ski areas. The access lift is 2km (a mile and a quarter) from the town.

Predazzo

The Italian ski resort of Predazzo is part of the Dolomiti Superski Area with access to 668 individual pistes. In addition to the skiing in Predazzo itself (80km of pisted ski runs), the appropriate ski Lift Pass will allow you to ski or snowboard in the other Dolomiti Superski ski resorts of Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm, Alta Badia, Alta Pusteria, Arabba, Bruneck-Kronplatz, Cortina d`Ampezzo, Corvara, Marmolada, Obereggen, San Martino di Castrozza, San Vito di Cadore, Val Gardena, Val di Fassa, Val di Fiemme, Valle Isarco and Zoldo Alto.

With skiing above 2000 metres, snow cover is generally reliable.

Snowmaking :- Predazzo is able to augment natural snow, on 15km of ski runs, with 16 Snow Cannons.

Ski Lift Capacity :- The 28 Ski Lifts of Predazzo are able to uplift 20,000 skiers / snowboarders per hour.

There are two airports within two hours drive, so ski weekends, snowboard breaks and short ski holidays to Predazzo are perfectly feasible.

There's a halfpipe in Obereggen on the Pista Toler. There are three jumps and three rails in the Park.
