This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bicycles are not allowed inside the hotel. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Due to the drought in Catalonia, the Spa area will remain closed until the authorities allow it.
