Situated in a private estate overlooking the blue waters of Lake Taupo, The Point Luxury Villa is a holiday home featuring a spacious terrace, garden and views of Mount Rapehu. The property is just 10 minutes’ drive from Taupo town centre.
Important Information
Please inform The Point Luxury Villa in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of NZD 1500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Noise must be kept to a minimum after midnight. Managed by a private host

This holiday home features 5 bedrooms. Bedding configuration and amenities are as follows: - Bunkroom, on the same floor as the living area, 5 beds (3 single & 2 king single). - Master bedroom with Super King bed, walk in wardrobe, en suite bathroom (a double shower and a bath) private deck with a very large outdoor stone bath and shower. - Guest Bedroom 1, with Queen size bed, walk in wardrobe, private deck with lake views set down in the bush (shares bathroom with Guest bedroom 2) - Guest Bedroom 2, with Super King size bed, walk in wardrobe, private deck with lake views set down in the bush (shares bathroom with Guest bedroom 1) - Lanai, with Pull down Queens size bed, 2 day beds, flat-screen TV, open fireplace, fridge and large bathroom with shower. The Lanai is a self-contained cottage. Kids toys, 2 high chairs and 2 portable cots available, free of charge. Please note maximum occupancy at the property is 8 adults and 3 children.
