A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals after 20:00 check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

The usage of the kitchen is not included in the rate. An extra charge will be applied according to consumption of electricity/gas.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
